"I have had some reiki sessions with Carolynne. They are very calming and peaceful. It gets all your energy back in balance and Carolynne gives great insight to things that need work without mention. The guided meditation was a great way to clear my mind. She took me through a story and talked me through where I was going and what I was accomplishing as I went along. I found this to be a great start to my reiki session because it opened my mind for the energy balancing to come. Also, at the end of one of my sessions I had a crystal reading and, to my amazement, the crystals seemed to fall in the places where my life was at that moment. It was a lovely way to see the obstacles in my past, present and future and to see what the wonderful future hold.
